Vd8 Terms & Conditions — Usage Policy & Member Responsibilities

To open an account with vd8, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
• Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be terminated.
• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. Providing false information may result in withdrawal holds or account termination at a later stage.
• Vd8 may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on vd8:

• Bet confirmation: Once you click the "Bet Confirm" button, the bet is considered final. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation unless a system or technical error is proven.
• Odds change: Odds may change in real time. Your bet will always be calculated at the odds confirmed at the time of placement.
• Minimum & Maximum Bet: The minimum bet per market is ৳50, and the maximum limit varies depending on the market and event.
• Technical error: If a bet remains incomplete due to a server issue or internet disconnection, the stake will be refunded.
• Manipulation or irregular betting: If unusual betting patterns are detected on a match, vd8 reserves the right to suspend or void the bet pending investigation.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly during live play. The confirmation window for Live Betting is shorter than usual.

The rules for settling bets in the event of a cancelled, suspended, or incomplete match are detailed below (Section 8).

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on vd8:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by account level.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile number or account used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal Time: Typically 5–15 minutes. Additional time may be required if identity verification is needed.
• Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts under a different name are not accepted.
• Currency: All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposit Fee: vd8 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, fees imposed by the payment provider may apply.

There are some important terms attached to vd8's bonus and promotion offers that all members should be aware of:

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the bonus page. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has an expiry period (typically 7–30 days). Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• A bonus is valid once: Each bonus offer can only be used once per member. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Maximum bonus limit: Each bonus has a maximum cap — welcome bonus up to ৳10,000, cashback up to ৳5,000.
• Cashback Calculation: Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses — meaning total bets minus total winnings. Only real-money bets count toward the calculation; bonus money bets are excluded.
• vd8's Rights: vd8 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time. However, the terms in effect at the time of any ongoing wagering will continue to apply.

Vd8 believes that betting is a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed source of income. We genuinely care about the mental and financial well-being of all our members.

• Deposit limit: You can set your own limits on how much you deposit per day, week, or month.
• Bet Limits: You can set a limit on the amount you bet within a given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can self-exclude for a set period (7 days, 1 month, or 6 months) directly from your account settings.
• Reality Check: Reminders are sent to let you know how long you have been playing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vd8 platform:

• Opening multiple accounts for the same individual, or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system — for example, creating multiple accounts under false identities to claim bonuses.
• Participating in match-fixing or manipulation, or placing bets using insider or suspicious information.
• Using arbitrage betting or software to systematically exploit odds discrepancies.
• Using third-party funds in your account or using the platform for money laundering.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system.

If any of the prohibited activities listed above are proven, vd8 reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit all associated balances and bonuses.

Vd8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of these Terms & Conditions is established.
• If identity verification documents are not submitted within the required timeframe.
• If there has been no activity on the account for an extended period (12 months or more).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Settlement rules for cancelled, suspended, or incomplete matches:

• Match cancellation: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that match are voided and stakes are refunded.
• In-play cancellation: If a match concludes before its scheduled completion — for example, when a cricket result is determined under the Duckworth-Lewis method — it will be considered a valid, complete result.
• Suspended Matches: If the match does not start within 24 hours, the bet is voided. If it starts within 24 hours, the bet remains valid.
• Value error: vd8 reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrectly published odds.

Vd8 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of vd8 following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes will be settled in the courts of Bangladesh.
